I went to Vegas this weekend and after not being able to eat much all weekend the last day I found Nacho Daddy down the street from our hotel, such a life saver!!! Next time I’m going here first.

Chia French Toast at Sage Vegan Bistro in Culver City.
Pizza quesadilla (daiya, sundried & fresh tomatoes, tofurky pepperoni, basil, grilled onions) with a raw kale salad.
Sunday brunch at Real Food Daily! My favorite, The Weekender: tofu scramble (with cashew cheese, onion and tomato), tempeh bacon, hash browns & a 1/2 order of French toast.
Lazy Friday afternoon ordering some Thai takeout: red veggie curry with mock duck.
Ok… I hardly ever have a sweet tooth but this weekend happened to be an exception. This is a vegan chocolate layered cake with chocolate frosting and mixed berries (blackberry, raspberry & blueberries) from whole foods bakery.

I went to the beach today and stumbled upon Manhattan Beach Creamery. They have a vegan cupcake as part of their “Cupcakes Couture" section! It was chocolate raspberry, my favorite flavor combo for desserts. They also have sorbets & a gluten free section (not sure if gluten free is vegan?). Great start to the month!
