These are the fast easy tacos I usually make when I don’t want to think about cooking or there isn’t much in the fridge: 50/50 tofu/taco crumbles, beans, guac, spicy salsa & some melted daiya
So I guess this is the difference between getting a burrito with rice and one without from Chipotle..

I went to Vegas this weekend and after not being able to eat much all weekend the last day I found Nacho Daddy down the street from our hotel, such a life saver!!! Next time I’m going here first.
